- Shipping Agents have a lower chances of packages getting stuck in customs compared to direct shipping companies. This is due to the origin and volume of packages they handle. Customs is more likely to check packages coming from HK or certain areas in China.
- Some customs regularly check packages based on the package origin, with a very high frequency to Korea and a high frequency to the USA.
